Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026

The conditions for using Figgle, purchasing credits and creating and managing your adverts.

Draft for review. The legal operator's identity, registered address, dedicated contact details and provider retention arrangements still need confirmation before this document is finalised.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using Figgle at figgle.cloud, including its image-generation tools, accounts, saved conversations, asset storage, gallery, credit purchases and referral features. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

By using Figgle, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nothing here removes rights that consumer, privacy or other applicable laws give you, or limits obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you use Figgle for a business or another organisation, you must have authority to act for it. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use, uploaded material and published adverts comply with the rules that apply to you.

2. What Figgle provides

Figgle creates AI-generated product adverts from written prompts and optional reference images. You can choose an available aspect ratio and request multiple images, then view, enlarge or download the results. Available models, settings and features may change as the service develops.

Figgle is a creative tool, not a professional legal, advertising, intellectual-property or product-compliance adviser. It does not verify the accuracy of your product claims, the rights in your uploads, or whether a generated advert is suitable for a particular audience or platform.

Generated results may differ even when the same prompt is repeated. We do not promise a particular creative result, marketing performance, sales outcome or acceptance by an advertising platform.

3. Accounts and account security

An account is required to generate images and access your saved work. Provide an email address you control and complete any required verification. Keep your credentials private and do not use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. If you believe it has been accessed without permission, change your password and contact Figgle promptly. Do not share passwords, verification codes or account-change links with anyone.

Account Settings includes email and password changes. Sensitive changes require email verification, and password changes may also require your current password. Verification requests can expire; request a fresh one if necessary.

4. Credits and image generation

Each image generation uses one credit. Requesting five images uses five credits, rather than one credit for the entire request. Your account must have enough credits for the images you request. Credit deductions and balances are managed by the service, not editable by the user.

A credit used for a failed generation is intended to be returned automatically. If you believe a failed request was charged incorrectly, contact Figgle with the approximate time and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details or account credentials.

A successfully generated image may still contain imperfections or may not match your creative preference. Dissatisfaction with a completed result is not the same as a technical failure. This distinction does not affect any remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Credits are units for using Figgle, not money held in a bank account or an investment. Do not attempt to sell, transfer, manipulate or redeem credits through unsupported methods.

5. Credit packs and payments

Credits are purchased in packs of 25, 75, 150, 350 or 500. The price is displayed before payment. The approximate generation price shown in Figgle is a guide; the pack total shown at checkout is the amount you are asked to pay.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Figgle does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe's terms and privacy information may apply to its payment processing. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Credits are added after the payment is successfully confirmed. Some payment methods take longer to settle. A pending, declined or unpaid checkout is not a completed purchase. If payment appears successful but your credits are missing, contact Figgle with the purchase reference.

Test-mode checkouts are not real purchases. Only use a live checkout for an actual paid top-up. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not rewrite the price already agreed for a completed purchase.

6. Refunds, disputes and consumer rights

If there is a billing mistake, an unauthorised transaction or a problem with the service you purchased, contact Figgle so the issue can be reviewed. Provide relevant transaction references and a clear description, without disclosing sensitive payment information.

Any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or digital-service rights remain in force. These terms do not establish a blanket no-refund rule or remove remedies for a service that fails to meet legal requirements. Whether a particular remedy applies depends on the circumstances and the law that governs the transaction.

Deleting your account does not itself request a refund or resolve a payment dispute. Raise any outstanding billing question before deletion where practical, and retain copies of the records you may need.

7. Your prompts and uploaded material

You keep ownership of the prompts and images you upload. You give Figgle permission to process them only to create your adverts and show them back to you. This includes the technical processing needed to accept your request, generate results, store your selected work and make it available in your account.

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Permission may be needed from photographers, designers, trademark owners or people shown in an image. Having access to an image on the internet does not automatically give you the right to reuse it.

Do not include confidential information, payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information in prompts or images unless you have established that doing so is lawful and appropriate. You are responsible for deciding whether a third party's information may be supplied.

8. Acceptable use

Use Figgle lawfully and with respect for others. The following uses are not permitted:

  • Creating illegal, hateful, abusive or exploitative material, or material that infringes another person's rights.
  • Producing deceptive adverts, impersonating people or businesses, or presenting fabricated endorsements as genuine.
  • Uploading malicious files, probing for other users' private content, bypassing account restrictions or interfering with the service.
  • Manipulating credit balances, payment confirmations or referrals, including self-referral or other attempts to obtain rewards dishonestly.
  • Using automated or repeated requests to disrupt availability, evade safeguards or gain access through unsupported methods.

9. Generated images and commercial use

You may use the adverts you generate for your own personal and commercial purposes, subject to the law and these terms. This permission does not grant rights to third-party brands, characters, designs, likenesses or other protected material that may appear in an output.

AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. Review every image before publishing it, particularly text, pricing, labels, product dimensions, ingredients, safety information and visual claims about how a product performs.

Generated images are not guaranteed to be unique, exclusive, copyrightable or free from third-party rights. Other users or services may generate similar results. Obtain specialist advice where ownership or clearance is important to your intended use.

10. Responsibility for published adverts

You decide where and how to publish the images you download. You are responsible for checking advertising standards, platform rules, consumer-protection requirements and any rules specific to your product or industry.

Do not use a generated image to misrepresent the actual product, imply a certification you do not hold, invent a testimonial, or conceal important qualifications. Where a disclosure about AI-generated or edited content is required, you are responsible for including it.

11. Saved conversations, assets and gallery

Figgle saves completed conversation turns and their images to your account. Uploaded attachments can also appear in Asset Storage, and generated images in Gallery. Selecting an existing asset reuses it rather than intentionally saving a second copy of the same attachment.

Saved chats, assets and generated images are private to your account. Deleting a conversation does not automatically remove its images from Asset Storage or Gallery. Deleting an uploaded asset can also remove that attachment from saved conversations that refer to it.

Account Settings offers bulk chat and asset deletion and verified account deletion. Download anything you want to keep before deleting it or closing your account. Figgle should not be your only copy of important creative work.

12. Referral programme

A personal referral code can be generated after you have purchased at least one credit pack during your account's lifetime. Each eligible user receives one eight-character letter-and-digit code. The code can be shared using a figgle.cloud/ref=CODE link or entered in the sign-up form.

For each new sign-up that uses your personal code and completes redemption after signing in, the code owner earns two free generations. You cannot refer yourself. Each user can redeem only one referral code in total.

The five-dot indicator tracks up to five referred sign-ups; it is not a promise of five rewards in advance. Site-wide promotional codes may have different recipients or restrictions: 2FIG26 grants two free credits to the new user who redeems it, rather than to a personal referrer.

Do not use spam, misleading claims, fake accounts or other abusive methods to promote or redeem codes. Code validation and reward eligibility are checked by the service.

13. Availability and service changes

Figgle depends on hosting, image-generation, email and payment services. Maintenance, outages, network problems, provider restrictions or changes to available models may affect access or delay a request. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may be updated or withdrawn. Any change to a paid service remains subject to applicable law and any commitments made when the purchase was agreed. Keep local copies of important outputs rather than relying on permanent availability of a particular feature.

14. Suspension and account closure

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risks, unlawful content or a breach of these terms. The circumstances and applicable law determine any notice, explanation or remedy that may be required.

You can request account deletion through Account Settings after email verification. Account deletion removes access to the account and its stored creative work; purchase records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations. The Privacy Policy provides more information about deletion.

15. Limits and legal protections

To the extent permitted by law, Figgle is not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use, inaccurate product claims, failure to review generated results, or publication of material you do not have the right to use. Responsibility for other losses depends on the applicable legal rules and the facts of the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. No arbitrary liability cap or waiver of mandatory consumer protections is created by this document.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it on later occasions.

16. Updates and contacting Figgle

These terms may be revised as Figgle changes. The date above identifies this version. Review the current terms before using a new feature or making a purchase; any legally required notice or consent for a material change remains necessary.

For service, billing or terms questions, contact Figgle through the linked Discord community or Instagram account @figgleai. Describe the issue and provide only the information needed to investigate it. Do not post private account or payment details in a public channel.
