Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

How account information, creative work, payments and referrals are handled when you use Figgle.

Draft for review. The legal operator's identity, registered address, dedicated contact details and provider retention arrangements still need confirmation before this document is finalised.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains the information involved when you visit Figgle, create an account, generate adverts, purchase credits, use referrals or manage your saved work. It covers the Figgle service at figgle.cloud; external websites have their own privacy policies.

Figgle's account and creative-work features involve personal information, including your email address and any personal information you include in prompts or images. Please avoid uploading another person's information unless you have the right to do so.

This policy describes the service's current features. It does not promise unverified retention periods, storage locations or AI-provider training restrictions. For questions that depend on those details, contact Figgle before submitting sensitive material.

2. Account and verification information

Account information includes your email address, an account identifier and authentication records needed to sign you in. Password authentication is handled by the account service; passwords are not displayed in Figgle's account interface.

Email verification and account-security processes use verification messages and temporary account-action records. Sensitive changes, such as changing a password or deleting an account, require a new email-verified session associated with the requested action.

Do not send Figgle your password, email verification code or complete sign-in link when asking for help. These can grant access to your account.

3. Prompts, images and saved work

Figgle processes the text you submit, images you attach and images generated in response. Saved conversation information includes prompts, selected aspect ratios, image counts, timestamps, attachment references and generation results or errors.

Uploaded attachments are indexed in Asset Storage independently of saved chats. Generated images are indexed for Gallery. This separation lets an image remain available even after a conversation is deleted.

Reusing a stored asset retains its existing reference where possible, and matching uploaded attachment content is used to avoid unnecessary duplicate copies. Generated-image storage is separate from attachment deduplication.

4. Purchases and credit information

Figgle keeps your credit balance and purchase records, including the account associated with a purchase, pack identifier, number of credits, amount, currency, payment-session reference and purchase date. These records support fulfilment, billing questions and prevention of duplicate credit grants.

Stripe processes the payment information entered at checkout. Figgle does not store your full payment-card details. Stripe may collect additional information for payment security, fraud prevention and regulatory obligations under its own privacy policy.

5. Referral information

Referral records include the code, whether it is active, any redemption restrictions, the code owner's account identifier for personal codes, and redemption records identifying the redeeming account, time and credit amount.

Figgle uses this information to enforce one redemption per user, prevent self-referrals, award credits and show a count of referred sign-ups. Eligibility for a personal code is checked against your account's credit-purchase history.

A code supplied through a referral link or the sign-up form may be remembered on your device so it can be applied after email confirmation and sign-in. Sharing your code exposes the code to whoever receives the link; it does not give them access to your account or stored images.

6. Technical information and diagnostics

Operating an online service involves technical request information and diagnostic events. Error reports can include error messages, stack traces and information about the page or action that failed. Such records help investigate problems and protect service availability.

Hosting, account, payment and image-generation services may also process connection and security information as part of delivering their services. The exact information depends on the provider and the request. Avoid placing secrets or sensitive personal information in prompts or support messages.

This policy does not claim that Figgle uses advertising trackers or behavioural profiling. Any additional analytics or optional tracking should be assessed and disclosed before it is introduced.

7. How information is used

Your prompts and images are processed by our AI Model solely to create your adverts.

Other account and transaction information is used to operate Figgle, rather than to generate image content. The main operational purposes are:

  • Creating and verifying accounts, signing you in and securing account changes.
  • Delivering image requests, displaying results and making saved conversations, assets and gallery images available to their owner.
  • Processing credit purchases, maintaining balances and returning credits for failed generation requests.
  • Applying referral codes, checking eligibility, awarding rewards and preventing repeated or fraudulent redemption.
  • Investigating errors, responding to support requests and meeting legal, security and accounting obligations where applicable.

9. Who can access your saved content

Your saved chats, attachments and generated images are private to your account — other users cannot see them. Access checks restrict ordinary account reads and deletions to the owner.

Images are held in private storage and displayed using time-limited signed links. Treat such links as private: a person who receives a valid signed link may be able to access that image until the link expires. Avoid posting them publicly.

Private to your account does not mean no processing service can handle the information. Authorised service operations, such as generating results, verifying an account or investigating a security issue, may require access appropriate to their purpose.

10. Service providers and disclosures

We share data only with the services needed to run Figgle (hosting, and Stripe for payments), or when required by law.

Image generation also involves an external AI processing service: the prompts and reference images needed for a request are sent to that service to produce the output. Account and email services handle sign-in, verification and delivery of account messages. These are operational processing steps, not a public gallery of user content.

Provider-specific retention, processing locations and any use of submitted material for model improvement must be confirmed against the relevant provider terms; this policy does not guarantee that a provider never retains data or never uses it for training.

Information may also be disclosed where a valid legal requirement applies or where necessary and lawful to investigate abuse, defend rights or protect users and the service. Any such disclosure should be limited to what the situation requires.

11. Cookies and browser storage

Figgle uses browser storage for account-session information and to remember a pending referral code across email confirmation. Session information allows authenticated requests; the referral value allows the selected code to be redeemed after sign-in.

Clearing browser storage or using private browsing can sign you out or remove a pending referral code. Information you have already saved to your account is not deleted merely by clearing your browser's local storage.

Payment and account providers may use their own cookies or equivalent technologies for the services they supply. Their privacy and cookie notices explain those uses. Where optional technologies require consent, they should not be treated as necessary simply because they are provided by a third party.

12. Retention of information

Saved chats, uploaded assets and generated images remain associated with your account unless you delete the relevant material or delete the account. Account-action records and signed image links have expiry conditions used by their security processes.

Different records may need different retention periods. Purchase or dispute records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes after account closure. Technical records and copies held by service providers can follow separate retention arrangements.

An exact retention schedule for every category, including provider logs and backups, is not specified here. Do not assume that a deletion request instantly removes every copy held in every system. Ask Figgle for the retention information relevant to your request.

13. Deleting chats, assets and your account

You can delete an individual saved chat from the sidebar or delete all chats through Account Settings. Chat deletion removes the conversation records but deliberately does not erase independently stored Asset Storage or Gallery entries.

You can delete uploaded attachments individually in Asset Storage or use the bulk asset-deletion option. Removing an asset also removes its attachment reference from conversations that used it. Gallery does not currently offer individual generated-image deletion controls.

Account deletion requires email verification and confirmation. It removes the account and its stored creative work from the application's account and storage features. Purchase records may be retained where needed for legal or accounting obligations.

Download work you want to keep before deletion. Once deleted, it may not be recoverable through Figgle. Deleting your browser history, signing out or deleting one conversation does not close your account.

14. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access your personal information, request a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing or object to particular processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw that consent.

Some rights have exceptions, including where information is needed for legal obligations, security or the establishment or defence of legal claims. A request may require proportionate identity verification to avoid disclosing or deleting information for the wrong person.

For a request not covered by Account Settings, contact Figgle privately and describe what you need. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information until an appropriate secure method has been agreed. Applicable law determines response deadlines and whether any exception applies.

Where UK data-protection law applies, you can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In other locations, your local data-protection authority may be the appropriate regulator. Contacting Figgle first does not remove a right to complain to a regulator.

15. Security and international processing

Figgle uses authenticated account access, owner-restricted records, private image storage and verified sensitive account actions. These measures are intended to reduce unauthorised access, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

You can help protect your information by using a strong password, securing your email account, signing out on shared devices and keeping verification messages private. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. The actual locations and any legally required transfer safeguards depend on the relevant provider arrangements and should be confirmed where required. This policy does not claim that all information remains in the UK or any other single country.

16. Children and third-party information

Do not use Figgle to upload exploitative material or expose children's personal information. If you believe information about a child has been submitted inappropriately, contact Figgle with enough context to investigate without reproducing the sensitive material unnecessarily.

If an image or prompt contains another person's information, you are responsible for ensuring that supplying it is appropriate and lawful. Consider obtaining permission and removing unnecessary identifiers before uploading it.

Links to Instagram, Discord, Stripe or other external sites take you to services with their own policies. Figgle's policy does not govern what those services collect when you visit or interact with them.

17. Contact and policy updates

For privacy questions or requests, use Figgle's Discord community or Instagram @figgleai and request a private conversation. Do not publish account identifiers, payment references or sensitive images in a public community channel.

This policy may be updated when features, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Any legally required notice, consent or explanation for a material change remains necessary.
